Call-In Ordering
Appsuite enhances POS capabilities to manage call-in orders and deliveries right from the POS terminal.

Customers are added to the customer database and assigned to orders as they call-in. Existing customers can be instantly located using their phone number and an optional integrated caller ID box. The added convenience of viewing past orders and re-ordering is also available through our user interface.
The Appsuite Driver App allows drivers to self-assign or have orders assigned to them for delivery – It tracks their location and status of the order to keep customers informed. Customers can also receive a tracking link to monitor the progress of their order once the driver is headed towards their location.
Fast and Efficient central dispatch is available through our Dispatch App. Checks are transferred to drivers to accurately track the collection of cash from customers. Centralized reporting is used to manage tips and delivery fees owed to drivers.


Appsuite Web and Mobile Ordering provides an easy way to deflect call-in orders to the Internet – Orders flow automatically to the POS and order status and tracking is updated in the app
